Liberty CUSD #2 Pre-K Program

Liberty Community Unit School District #2 offers a grant-funded Pre-K program for children ages 3 to 5.

Program Schedule & Sessions

The program runs Monday through Friday and features four total sessions, with both morning and afternoon class options. Students are typically placed based on age:

  • AM Session (Typically ages 3–4): 8:00 am – 10:45 am

  • PM Session (Typically ages 4–5): 12:05 pm – 3:00 pm

Enrollment & Screenings

To enroll in the Pre-K program, all students must first complete a developmental screening.

  • Screening Schedule: Preschool screenings are held three times a year: Fall, Winter, and Spring.

Required Paperwork

All required screening and enrollment paperwork must be completed and submitted to the Pre-K office before a child is permitted to start school. The Pre-K office has all required paperwork available. 

To complete your child's enrollment, please ensure you have submitted the following:

  • Emergency Form

  • Registration Form

  • Copy of Certified Birth Certificate

  • Physical/Immunization Records

  • All Screening Paperwork

  • Transportation Form

  • Child Release Form

  • Media Consent Form

  • Animal Consent Form

  • Breakfast Plan (If Applicable)

  • SIS Form

  • Income Verification
